Overview of 3Q Lithium Project

South America's lithium triangle, which includes Chile, Bolivia and Argentina, has 90% of the world's lithium resources and now accounts for more than 40% of the world's lithium production. Unlike salt marshes in most areas owned by different companies, Neo Lithium Corp, located at the southernmost end of the lithium triangle, owns the entire 3Q project-the entire salt marsh-and is the only company to develop the entire salt marsh.

At present, the exploration and exploitation of the 3Q lithium project is ready, and the company has completed several seasonal explorations. the survey results show that the project has a total of 4 million tons of lithium carbonate equivalent, in addition, there are also 300 tons of inferred resources, of which 1.3 million tons of lithium carbonate equivalent are reserves, which will ensure that the company will be exploiting at a frequency of 20000 tons per year for the next 35 years. And it is worth mentioning that in the first 10 years, the corresponding lithium carbonate mined will exceed the lithium grade of 1000mg/L. Therefore, it is not too much to say that the 3Q lithium project is one of the highest-grade lithium projects in the world.

Among the different taste grades of lithium brine in the world, 3Q project ranks third, which is a typical high-grade lithium brine project in the world.

Moreover, the 3Q lithium project is currently one of the best undeveloped projects in the world, with the highest taste and the lowest impurity content among other known projects.

In the course of the project, the brine needs to be extracted from the salt marshes first, and this process involves production wells, one of which can extract brine from salt at a rate of 100L per second. In this 3Q project, only four production wells are needed to achieve the 35-year annual production target of 20,000 tons of lithium carbonate, which is also the reason for the high productivity of the 3Q project. After a series of complex treatments, the final result will be battery-grade lithium carbonate with a purity of up to 99.8%.

Project advantage

Compared with other lithium projects to be developed, 3Q project is currently the lithium project with the lowest processing and operating costs. According to the company's statistics, the project produces one ton of lithium carbonate and costs only US $16 million for installation. Moreover, in terms of capital intensity, 3Q project is also the lowest in the world in terms of capital intensity of independent analysts' comparison of capital expenditure required for production of all projects, which means that, Neo Lithium Corp has the lowest capital expenditure compared with all other producers.

And thanks to its high-grade and low-impurity characteristics, 3Q project is destined to become one of the most profitable leading projects in the world.
